design utilizes weather resistant fiberglass, so it's lightweight,
durable, and offers both portability and versatility. Our separators
can be used for above-grade installation, and also in-line at
manufacturing areas and water treatment installations. |

Our separators utilize a coalescing media consisting
of a matrix of vertically positioned tube bundles which, due
to their surface area, drastically reduce the separator size
for a specific flow rate. The oil-attracting tube bundles intercept
oil globules, which coalesce on the tubes. As the globules increase
in size and buoyancy, they finally break away to rise through
the tubes to the top. Surface oil drains by gravity through an
integral rotary pipe skimmer, which directs the flow to storage. |
